Why are our prices better than the other jewelers?  We are a cash buyer in the wholesale marketplace, in the United States, China and India, of finished fine and fashion jewelry.  We own our inventory which we buy in huge volume, we never use drop shippers like so many of the other sellers.  We run a low overhead operation from a small office in Ohio. Do you really need to buy from someone with a big office in New York City?  Ever wonder who pays for that big office in New York City? You work hard for your money, don't like something you buy from us, you SHOULD send it back for a refund and you should not be hassled.  Do you like companies that make you call or email for an RMA, then ask you dozens of questions and wait for an RMA because it has to be "approved" before you can return something?  Of course not nobody does, no RMA's required here, don't like something , send it back, it's that easy.  The instructions are right on your receipt inside your package.  Need something special, have a special request, just let us know.

Knowledge of fine jewelry: My family has been in the jewelry business since 1912  that's right, my great grandfather started in the wholesale business in 1912, one hundred years ago.  I have been in the business since 1978 when my grandfather hired me to work at Christmas in his shipping department.  I was a road guy traveling and selling to stores for over 20 years, learned what to do and even more importantly what not to do.  We started selling online retail through marketplaces, in 1998. Back in the days of dial up, remember that loud screaming sound every time you logged on?  We are not some new start up, we have been around and we will be around.
